Paldomz Systems ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit paldomzsystems.com.

Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name and email address when you contact us through our contact form or register for ChartVerdict.
• Email Updates (optional): If you choose to opt in, we collect your name and email address to send you product news, new features, and educational trading content. This is entirely optional — ChartVerdict works fully without it — and you can unsubscribe at any time. Opt-in submissions are collected via Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets.
• Usage Data: Anonymous data about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs. This is collected using Google Analytics.

Third-Party Services

ChartVerdict Pro is sold through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. When you upgrade, your payment and billing are handled by Dodo Payments under their own privacy policy. We do not process or store card details directly. Your trade journal and settings are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

We use Google Analytics to understand anonymous website traffic and usage, and Google Forms to collect optional email opt-ins. These services process data under Google's own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

To power the tool's live features, ChartVerdict requests market data directly from third-party providers in your browser — including Binance, CoinGecko, alternative.me (the Crypto Fear & Greed Index), Twelve Data, and public exchange-rate and news sources. Because these requests come from your device, those providers necessarily receive your IP address and basic request information under their own privacy policies. We do not send them your name, email, or other personal details, and forex/stock data is only requested if you choose to add your own Twelve Data key.

We display an anonymous usage counter (provided by Abacus) that keeps a running tally of how many chart reads the tool has performed. It stores counts only — no personal data and no cookies.

Our pages also show a visitor-country flag counter (provided by FlagCounter). To display which countries visitors come from, FlagCounter processes your IP address for geolocation and may set a cookie to recognise return visits. It does not receive your name, email, or other personal details, and its data is handled under FlagCounter's own privacy policy.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
